Cancellation conditions
If you cancel a room or apartment (even at short notice) and we are able to re-let it, you will not incur any charges. Any deposit you have paid will be refunded.
However, if we are unable to re-let the accommodation, you will be charged the full amount, minus any expenses not incurred.
In the event of a late arrival or early departure, 100% of the daily rate for the unused days will be charged, as stated in the booking confirmation. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
